Lukens Sunroom

This beautiful house on lake Monroe had a large deck facing the lake. The owners wanted a space that could be enjoyed year round. The solution was to add a sunroom that could be heated in the winter and opened up in the summer. The sunroom features windows on three sides and 6 sky lights that provide plenty of sunlight. The sunroom has a deck where sitting outside is still an option.
