DECK & SCREENED PORCH REMODEL
Byrd Remodel
A complete deck replacement paired with a nearly 250-square-foot screened sitting area designed to connect indoor comfort with outdoor living.
OUTDOOR LIVING
A Deck Reimagined for More Comfortable Living
The Byrd remodel replaced the home's existing deck and added a screened-in sitting area, creating a more comfortable connection between the house and the outdoors.
The screened area is nearly 250 square feet and is protected by a metal roof. Inside, a vaulted ceiling finished with natural stained carsiding and recessed lighting gives the new space warmth and architectural character.
