CUSTOM HOME • PROJECT IN PROGRESS
Ventura House
A contemporary custom home taking shape on a wooded site, with dramatic rooflines, expansive windows, and architecture designed to connect the interior with its surroundings.
Architectural rendering of the completed design.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
From Architectural Vision to Built Reality
The Ventura House is an active Dream Builders custom-home project. The completed design is envisioned as a striking contemporary residence surrounded by trees, with layered rooflines, large expanses of glass, natural-looking exterior accents, and generous outdoor living space.
Construction has progressed from the foundation through framing, weather protection, roofing, and window installation. The home's distinctive multi-level form and large window openings are already clearly visible.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
Watching the Ventura House Take Shape
Follow the project from its foundation through framing, dry-in, roofing, and window installation.
Foundation
The home's footprint emerges on the wooded site as the foundation and lower-level walls establish the structure.
Framing & Dry-In
Framing reveals the home's scale, multi-level architecture, roof geometry, and carefully positioned window openings.
Roofing & Windows
Roofing and window installation bring the exterior increasingly close to the finished architectural vision.

WHAT'S TAKING SHAPE
Design Features Emerging During Construction
Even before the finishes are installed, the Ventura House's architectural character is becoming visible.
Distinctive Rooflines
Layered roof forms create a contemporary silhouette and give the home a strong architectural identity.
Expansive Windows
Large window openings bring natural light into the tall interior spaces and frame views of the wooded setting.
Open-Volume Interiors
The framing reveals dramatic interior volume, including tall walls and vaulted living areas.
Outdoor Connection
Deck construction, large windows, and the wooded homesite strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
