BARN ADDITION • SOUTHERN INDIANA
Guymon Addition
A 1,184-square-foot living addition transformed an existing barn into a comfortable year-round retreat for family, friends, and the outdoors.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
A Weekend Getaway Built for Gathering
The Guymon family already had the setting for a peaceful retreat: secluded Southern Indiana countryside with a pond, open space, and camping and hunting areas. Dream Builders transformed an existing barn by adding 1,184 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space for year-round use.
The addition includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom, complete kitchen, and spacious great room. A 20-foot vaulted ceiling and fireplace anchor the gathering space, while a large deck and covered porch extend the retreat into the surrounding landscape.
SIGNATURE SPACES
Rustic Character, Year-Round Comfort

20-Foot Vaulted Great Room
A soaring vaulted ceiling and fireplace create an open, welcoming centerpiece for gathering and relaxation.
Complete Kitchen
A full kitchen makes the retreat comfortable and functional for weekends and extended stays.
Deck & Covered Porch
