BASEMENT REMODEL • BLOOMINGTON AREA
Tressa Basement Remodel
An unfinished 1,200-square-foot basement transformed into an elegant living space with a family room, full bath, office and guest bedroom, custom cabinetry, and a hidden Murphy bed.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
From Unfinished Basement to Finished Living Space
The homeowners wanted to finish their 1,200-square-foot basement and turn the unused area into comfortable, polished living space. Dream Builders created a family room, full bathroom, and a flexible office and guest bedroom.
The finished basement features built-in Amish cabinetry surrounding a fireplace, tray ceilings, beadboard, and elegant French doors. A completely custom hide-away Murphy bed remains concealed until overnight guests need it.
